Introduction to Barbells
Need an introduction before you dive in? In a private, 2-hour session, you’ll work one-on-one with a strength coach to learn all the fundamentals and take the anxiety out of getting started.
This comprehensive session will cover the four major barbell lifts, the basics of strength programming, fundamentals of nutrition, gym safety, and etiquette. With hands-on coaching, guidance and personalized feedback, you’ll build strength, skill, and confidence—so you can hit the gym feeling unstoppable!
Once completed, we’ll recommend the best next step for you and discuss your options, whether it’s 1:1 personal training, or our Barbell Club small group training.
Cost: $95 (single payment). If you sign up for a membership, this will be applied to your first payment!
