Nutrition Coaching is all about creating a plan that works for you. We start by understanding your unique goals, lifestyle, and preferences, then build a personalized approach that supports better eating and recovery habits in a way that feels sustainable—not overwhelming.
This isn’t about quick fixes, trendy diets, or ice baths. It’s about building real, lasting change through consistent support, guidance, and accountability. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back on track, you’ll have someone in your corner every step of the way. Our goal is to help you feel confident and in control of your health. With time, patience, and the right tools, you’ll create habits that fit your life and stick for the long run—so you can feel your best, inside and out.
Cost: $100
Billed every 4 weeks.
Can be added on to Barbell Club and Personal Training at a discounted rate.

Nutrition Coaching starts with a comprehensive assessment of your current habits, goals, and fitness. During this conversation, you and your coach will make a nutrition plan that best suits you.
You will not be required to track macronutrients. We will discuss your optimal macronutrient intake to ensure you are well-informed about protein, carbohydrates, and fats. However, if you prefer to track your macros, we provide a mobile app to assist you.
We do not provide specific itemized meal plans. Instead, our goal is to educate and empower you to create healthy meals and make nutritious choices independently. Feedback will be frequent, and updates will be made to your plan as you progress.

Once you’ve completed a short assessment form, we’ll kick things off with a 60-minute session to dive into your current nutrition habits and lifestyle.
From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan with simple daily habits that support your goals. You’ll also get an accountability system tailored to what works best for you. That may include things like weekly check-in messages, shared habit tracking, or food log reviews.
To help you stay consistent and make adjustments as needed, we’ll also schedule a 30-minute check-in session every 2 weeks.
