Online Strength Coaching follows the same proven approach we use with our in-person clients at Resilient Fitness: full-body strength training 2–3 times per week with a focus on building strength, improving movement, and helping you feel more capable in everyday life.

This program is designed for women who have access to a fully equipped gym with free weights, including a barbell, squat rack, bench, and dumbbells. This is not a dumbbell-only or isolation machine-based workout program.

  • Getting started is simple. First, you'll complete a brief questionnaire so we can learn more about your goals, training experience, available equipment, and current fitness level.

    From there, your coach will create a strength training program tailored to your goals and experience. You'll access your program through a mobile app where you can view and log your workouts, track your progress, and watch video demonstrations for every exercise so you can train confidently.

    Need help along the way? You can message your coach directly through the app, ask questions, upload videos for form feedback, and leave comments on individual workouts and exercises. Your program will continue to evolve based on your progress, feedback, and goals.

  • Online Coaching comes with custom 2-3 days/week programming delivered via a convenient mobile app. You’ll get weekly accountability check-ins to keep you on track, and one free nutrition consultation to help you fuel your goals.

    Within 48 hours of your initial assessment, your coach will assign your first program tailored to your goals.

    You may leave comments, ask questions, and communicate with your coach within the app and receive a response within 24 hours.

    If you purchase Open Gym at Resilient Fitness, you will have access to the gym during all Open Gym hours. (Open Gym is unavailable during Barbell Club hours).
