Barbell Club is our Small Group Training program that combines personalized programming with the motivation of a supportive community. Enjoy the benefits of individualized workouts tailored to your goals while training alongside like-minded people with a coach present to give you feedback and encouragement!
Each new member begins with our Introduction to Barbells, where you will learn the fundamentals of barbell training and nutrition to support your fitness journey.
Barbell Club Hours:
Mon, Wed, Fri: 5 - 7AM
Mon, Wed: 4 - 6:30PM
Tue & Thur: 8 - 10AM
Saturday: 8:00 - 9:30AM

Billed every 4 weeks.

Barbell Club hours are scheduled throughout the week. During these hours, Barbell Club members complete their individually assigned workout plans using a convenient mobile app.
You do not need to stay for the entire Barbell Club session. You just show up any time during the hours to do your workout.
A coach will be present during these hours to keep an eye on you, provide feedback, and assist you with any movements you have questions about.
It is recommended that you ask the coach to observe a warm up set as well as any heavy sets, and certainly if you are going to attempt a PR!
