Building Strong, Confident Girls

Helping girls entering 3rd–6th grade develop strength, confidence, and resilience through fun, age-appropriate fitness classes.

  • Girls Entering 3rd & 4th Grade.

    FUNdamentals is designed to help younger girls develop a love for movement while building confidence through fitness. Through games, challenges, and age-appropriate activities, participants will learn the foundational movement skills that support an active and healthy lifestyle.

    Each session focuses on making fitness fun while helping girls improve coordination, balance, agility, teamwork, and body awareness. Our goal is to create a positive environment where every participant feels successful, encouraged, and excited to move.

    Girls will develop:

    • Confidence through accomplishment

    • Balance, coordination, and agility

    • Fundamental movement skills

    • Teamwork and sportsmanship

    • A positive relationship with exercise

    No previous fitness or sports experience is required—just a willingness to have fun and try new things.

  • Girls Entering 5th & 6th Grade

    Fitness Foundations helps girls build strength, confidence, and resilience through structured, age-appropriate fitness training. Participants will learn proper exercise techniques and foundational strength-training skills while developing the physical confidence that comes from getting stronger.

    This program is designed to help girls discover what they're capable of in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether they're involved in sports or simply looking to become more active, Fitness Foundations provides the tools and skills needed to build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness.

    Girls will develop:

    • Strength training fundamentals

    • Proper exercise technique

    • Athletic development and movement skills

    • Confidence and self-belief

    • Resilience and perseverance

    Our focus isn't on competition or perfection—it's on helping girls challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and discover their strength both inside and outside the gym.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Program Dates: June 30 – July 18

All classes are 75 minutes long and limited to 8 girls per class to ensure each participant receives individual attention and coaching.

FUNdamentals | Girls Entering 3rd & 4th Grade

  • Tuesdays at 5:30 PM

  • Saturdays at 9:45 AM

Fitness Foundations | Girls Entering 5th & 6th Grade

  • Thursdays at 5:30 PM

  • Saturdays at 8:15 AM

Holiday Schedule: Classes normally scheduled for Saturday, July 4 will be held on Sunday, July 5 at the same times.

Participants may register for individual classes or purchase class packs.

1 Class: $25
